The Smokehouse offers a wide selection of delicious B.B.Q. at an affordable price. There are two types of services we provide, full service catering and custom cooking. We cater family reunions, weddings, quinceras, company picnics, school and church functions, and corporate events.
With our buffet style catering we allow your guests to create their own plate with the menu you selected for them.
We have two types of full service catering: buffet style and serving style. All catering includes one hour of service. Our catering also includes bread, pickles, onions, jalapenos, and B.B.Q. sauce. Plates, plastic cutlery, and napkins are provided. If tea is purchased, then cups, lemons, sugar, and Sweet & Low are also provided
With our serving style catering you allow your guests to be served a plate created by you for them to enjoy.

Having an event and don't want to cook? Just bring us your meat and we'll cook it for you! We charge $0.85/lb. to cook and $0.95/lb. to cook and slice. It's just that simple. We cook anything from brisket to venison. During the holidays we specialize in turkeys and hams. All meat must be in 24 hours before your event. It must also be fresh or thawed out.
